1. Inherent Risks
I understand that rugby is a contact sport that carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to bruises, sprains, fractures, concussions, and other potentially serious physical harm. I acknowledge these risks and agree to have my child participate in the program.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Peak Rugby Academy, its owners, directors, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I have or may have in the future for injuries, damages, or losses to my child's person or property arising out of or related to their participation in the rugby coaching program.
3. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating to my child's participation in the rugby coaching program, including the risk of injury or damage to my child's person or property.
4. Medical Treatment
I authorize Peak Rugby Academy to administer first aid and to facilitate medical treatment for my child in the event of an injury, and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical costs incurred.
5. Weather Policy
Peak Rugby Academy will only cancel rugby classes in the event of Red Rain, Black Rain, or T8 weather warnings. Amber Rain and T3 warnings do not guarantee a cancelled class - this will be coaches discretion.
No refunds will be provided if parents choose to not attend a class that is still running.
Credits will only be given if:
- The class is canceled due to weather conditions as stated above
- Special circumstances are agreed to by the coaching staff
6. Governing Law
This release shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
